Went to buy dog food for Peanut on Sun and dropped by my fav Jap minimart located at the basement of the shopping centre. Bought a small cup of green tea ice cream and a tub of mochi ice cream. For the uninitiated, mochi ice cream is basically ice cream encased in a soft feather -light glutinous skin - think Chinese tang yuan with ice cream filling. Hee.. Simple but makes me happy.
I decided to make some curry puffs on Monday. Gave some of the steamed potatoe cubes to Peanut before i mixed in the chicken cubes and curry powder - made him a very happy dog. Haha. Here are the before and after pics:
The pictures do not do justice to the curry puffs. Haha. From the feedback I got, it's pretty good. Damn proud of myself. Hee...
Went for coffee as usual after curry puff- making session. People watched and nua as per our usual weekend activities. I enjoy my weekends - ice cream, lattes, people watching, hunting for good food, relaxing, some shopping occasionally.
If only life was that simple.
