Was driving home tonight and drove past yet another accident scene. And it's the 3rd one I have seen for the past one week or so.
Blinking blue and white TP lights, smashed up cars/ bikes, debris from collision etc. Damn scary. I couldn't help but wonder if it could have been me if I had headed home earlier. And I remind myself yet again to drive more carefully and don't speed (!!).
Every time some bugger drives irresponsibly e.g like not checking his blindspot, it gives me the shivers just by imagining what would happen to me if I had crashed into him at 120kph...
Anyway, I heave a sigh of relief each time I drive past an accident site and don't see any ambulance, writhing motorists etc. I have seen 'tents', pools of blood (or engine oil, I dunno), motorists moaning in pain.
