Just watched a variety show whereby a few women were competing to see who was the most competent at organising last minute parties (or something along that line).
One of the contestants organised a party whereby all her guests were going to renew their marriage vows, including herself.
The cynic in me couldn't help but wonder, among the smiles and laughter, how many in the party had problems with their marriage? And how many will actually manage to stay married for the rest of their lives, way after the show is over?
Warped thoughts from a weary mind? Maybe.
