Once upon a time, there was a team of sales people, young, attractive and full of energy. Amongst them, were couples and well, complicated stuff.
The 1st couple got married.
The 2nd was pretty much a triangular relationship. Eventually the gal settled for one guy, but they broke up and now she's with the other one. The last I heard they were engaged.
The 3rd also got married. :)
The 4th and the 5th were pretty good buddies... Now this is where it starts to get complicated...
No names mentioned so to make things easier:
4th is Mr A and Ms A and 5th is Mr B and Ms B.
Mr and Ms A broke up.
Meanwhile Mr and Ms B were in the midst of wedding preparations.
Months later... They had a huge fight. Broke up. Forfeited HDB deposit. Forfeited wedding banquet deposit.
Mr A consoled Ms B.... they got together (expected).
Mr A and Ms B are happy newly weds (the exes didn't attend the wedding).
A 'happily ever after' story.
Life is an irony at times.
