A job is like a a relationship.
The good comes together with the bad. You accept everything that comes along as a package.
You look out for better opportunities that give you more satisfaction while still being in your job/ relationship.
You may lament about your sucky job/ relationship but still stay.
Or you may just pack up and leave with or without finding a new love/ job.
Being stuck in a job where you are not 100% happy is like being stuck in a lousy relationship.
Either you shut up and suck it all up.
Or you move on.

Nice one. Some people just whine and refuse to move on.Simply because they are afraid to lose their comfort zone.
