When the Going Gets Tough...

... I guess it does help to look back and count your blessings instead of dwelling on your own (perceived) sorry state/ craps***t you are in.

I guess many people would kill (according to Kelvin Tan)/ maime/ jump to be in my shoes. But then, one can't possibly be happy just on $$$ alone right (and no no no, I am not saying I am darn rich)??

Surely one needs pride, self-esteem, dignity etc. No???

I guess, when all seems so shitty, it can only get better. Can't get any worse right (I hope)??

Alrighty, no more whining.

Let's count the things that bring a smile to my face:

-my friends :) :) :)

-the sight of my shiny, sealant- protected, freshly-washed car *beams proudly*

-half-boiled eggs from Yakun (wad's with half-boiled eggs? Ha!)

-handmade lemon-marzipan chocolates from the (whataever-is-it's-name) chocolate cafe at Robertson Quay

- Garlic fried rice from Akashi

-the sight of a certain car (i do think I am nuts *sighs*)

I am only a simple gal I reckon.

That is, if you disregard the Chanel 2.55, GTR, Fairlady, private apartment, 101 holidays etcetc. That's how things begin to get abit complicated and painful I guess. ;)
