Eversince the successful banana walnut muffins, i was itching to bake more stuff. Jus came across a recipe for Orange cake!! Whoo hoo!!
After speed -reading through the recipe..... sigh.. think i will just settle for store bought ones - if i ever see them on sale in the 1st place. :( Recipe called for whole unwaxed oranges to be cooked for 2 hours, then blended together blah blah blah.... whole process is too lengthy. :P
Sigh. Where on earth do i find 'unwaxed oranges'... prob have to go to one of those organic stores. And no, i am not going to use the normal supermarket ones cos i can't imagine simmering oranges for 2 hours while the wax and pesticide slowly leaks out. *yikes*
